TIME KEEPS ON TICKIN’
It’s hard to believe it’s already been five months since I gave you the full lay of the land at Verrado Marketplace, the 500,000-square-foot project at Verrado Way and I-10.
Since my first guide was published in March, Target kicked off the party, more doors have opened, and suddenly Verrado Marketplace feels like it’s always been here.
But get this: we’re only about halfway there. So much more fun is on the horizon!
Speaking of horizons, I’ll never miss an opportunity to tell you that there is no better place to catch a sunset than Verrado Marketplace. Have you caught one there yet?

Where was I?
Oh! Thanks to Harrison Cole at Vestar keeping me in the loop! He sent me the next round of opening dates — including several happening this week — plus a few new additions that weren’t in my original guide.
And yes, I asked him about Total Wine (thanks for your inquiry Marge M.), more on that below. And… I’ll also be setting the record straight on a few other rumors that have been circulating.
