Hello! 😎
I’m attempting to turn over a new leaf by finally trying to get ahead of schedule. This week, I’m starting to write this issue really early — on 7/16 at 5 PM, just an hour after Issue 97 was sent.
Which is why the typo in last week’s intro is fresh on my mind. There was a time not so long ago that I would have sent me over the edge, but I’d like to take this opportunity to say: perfection is a scam.
I spent most of my life, trying to be perfect (my former profession required it), and, well, while I do strive to deliver an excellent product, hopefully you know me well enough by now to know that I do know the difference between “peak” and “peek”. No matter how many times I read something, the errors never jump out at me until right after I hit send.
As a recovering Type A++, I appreciate you ignoring errors like this on my quest to becoming a solid B-minus. 😅
Update 7/16 @ 6:20 PM: Reader, S.L., caught typo. 🙈 To the rest of you who probably also did, thanks so much for not pointing it out. Turns out I’m not as evolved as I thought. 🥴
Now let’s dive in, 🐝-cause…
The more you know, the more you go!

P.S. Thank you to Vicki Lisenby & Maureen Wilson for your generous contributions to the tip jar last week.
